Every year, the London Communities Emergencies Partnership (LCEP) hosts a summer preparedness workshop alongside The London Boroughs Faiths Network. On this page you can find recordings from our 2025 session. It’s full of useful information for charities and community groups as we head into summer.

In this session we discussed essential summer preparedness strategies, health impacts of hot weather, and ways to enhance community support.

We host a range of speakers from prominent organisations in London to talk about projects and services that may be useful for your organisation, or the people you support.

This year we welcomed speakers ranging from Lambeth Council and the charity Kineara, to the Greater London Authority, London Fire Brigade, and UK Health Security Agency!

Below you can find recordings of their presentations*, along with their slides and any useful links. Use the buttons below to jump to specific sections.
