London Plus is a young charity that has successfully established itself and built a positive reputation across London. Our work supports London’s voluntary and community sector by providing connections to policy-makers, collecting data, developing insights, and running networks.

Project Manager (Social Prescribing)

We are looking for a Project Manager to continue the development and delivery of the NASP (National Academy for Social Prescribing) Thriving Communities Programme across the London region.

You will be working with and supporting the six partners from the voluntary sector and the six NASP regional partners. The delivery partners from the voluntary sector are representative of all the boroughs across London.
