Are you are looking to help develop and lead something special for the capital? We are looking for the right people to fill the following roles: CEO, Social Research and Data Lead, Business Development and Relationships Lead and Trustees.

It’s a pivotal time at London Plus having completed our set-up phase we are now busy delivering projects and services, building on our established work and relationships and developing new projects. We are a small agile team, with Trustees working closely with the staff team. Chief Executive Officer

We are looking for a CEO to provide visionary leadership that motivates staff, volunteers, trustees, partnerships and stakeholders alike to match the London Plus vision, mission and values.  To be responsible for the achievement of the strategic objectives and overall management of London Plus services and to promote the profile and the interests of London Plus and its impact on civil society.  This role will provide leadership and collaborative working across London’s civil society and its partners and stakeholders.  It will design the framework to achieve the funding and resources to enable new ideas to be developed and strategic leadership to be continue across London.

Social Research and Data Lead

This is an exciting role that builds on a wider programme of work in place across London looking at Civil Society called the Way Ahead. The role has close ties the GLA, the HEAR network, Superhighways, Trust for London and others, and it aims to champion the role of civil society as part of the vital infrastructure for the region with a focus on social research and data.

Business Development and Relationships Lead

This a new role, working closely with the CEO, the Networks and Partnerships Lead and our members and partners.  The role will develop a range of affordable and accessible services for our member, generate income through traditional grants and contracts, business sector sponsorship and partnerships and consortia delivery models.  This role will act as a catalyst for co-produced work across London, ensuring civil society is able to respond to new opportunities and develop engaging ideas that create opportunities.

We are also refreshing our governance with the recruitment of new trustees.

We are looking for people who can work with us to practically deliver our strategy, recognise and nurture relationships, work and respond creatively, whilst keeping an eye on the horizon: trustees who can operate at the interface of civil society and statutory agencies and understand/ help realise the strategic potential of this.

Our recent skills audit identified a need for skills, knowledge and connections in:

  • Campaigning
  • Enterprise/business development
  • Finance/financial management
  • Influencing
