This month, the Association of Chairs will be hosting a free peer networking event in London, in partnership with Young Trustees Movement.

AoC hosts monthly in-person peer support group sessions in London, designed to offer London Chairs support and help you build a network you can call on for ideas, and encouragement. We aim take a deep dive into common chairing issues at each session and encourage you to bring live issues with you to the event, with the opportunity to explore them with your peers in small groups.
On 25th June Amelia Ireland, Chair of the Young Trustees Movement, will be joining the session. We’ll be exploring what comes up for young Chairs and trustees and the process and challenges involved in recruiting and diversifying a board.
