On 14 April 2025, London Plus will be bringing the London Social Prescribing Network to a close.
Since April 2020, the network has championed social prescribing activities and services in our capital and the role that the voluntary sector plays in this. We are incredibly proud of all we have achieved together and how collectively; we have strengthened the role of the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise Sector in London who are tackling health inequalities and preventative work.
Now the funding for this project has come to an end, the network will be closing.
London Plus will continue to host social prescribing resources on our website, such as the ‘Commitments from the NHS to Engage with communities’ analysis and our recently launched Creative Health Impact Framework.
