In the past five years, the London Social Prescribing Network has achieved so much.
Since April 2020, the network has championed social prescribing activities and services in our capital and the role that the voluntary sector plays in this. We are incredibly proud of all we have achieved together and how collectively; we have strengthened the role of the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise Sector in London who are tackling health inequalities and preventative work.
