Our Trustees

Sarah Mulley | Chair of the Board

Sarah Mulley chairs the London Plus board. She joined the board after working closely with London Plus during the Covid-19 pandemic in her previous role at the Greater London Authority (GLA). Sarah is a policy researcher and consultant with a particular interest in migration and social policy. She was previously Executive Director for Communities & Skills at the GLA, a brief that included social policy, health, young people, civil society and adult education. Before that, she led work on migration, communities, employment and family policy at IPPR.

Ed Anderton | Board Member

Ed is passionate about the contribution that London Plus makes. Ed is currently the Head of Research, Impact and Learning at Fidelity UK and International Foundations. Previous roles have included Learning and Evaluation Lead for the Community Hubs Programme in the London Borough of Redbridge, Director of Practice Development for the Centre for Youth Impact, and Strategy and Policy Manager at Access Foundation. Ed began his career with roles in performing arts education, community development, education consultancy, and conflict resolution, before making the move to Whitehall and social sector regulation. He is a Clore Social Leadership Fellow, and is also a Trustee of Datakind UK.

Dominic Pinkney | Board Member

Dominic runs the lead volunteering organisations for the London Boroughs of Hammersmith & Fulham and Camden as well as not-for-profit social enterprise Works4U specialising in employee volunteering. He is co-chair of the London Volunteer Centre Network. Dominic joined London Plus as a trustee as it is a great charity that does so much to support the voluntary and community sector in London. He says, ‘I am proud of its work and honoured to serve on its board.’

Beau Fadahunsi | Board Member

Beau is a member of the Board of Trustees.

Steph Hann | Board Member

Steph is a Senior Project Manager at King’s College London, where she has been for over 10 years after joining from the NHS. This is Steph’s first trustee position, and she was drawn to London Plus as she felt like it had a lot in common with her “day job”; creating networks and connections to see the bigger picture.

Renae Mann | Board Member

Renea is a member of the Board of Trustees.

Penny Wilson | Trustee

Penny is an inclusive charity governance consultant. She serves as Director of The Festival of Trusteeship for Eastside People, helps funders and charity networks strengthen trustee support through training, guidance and research, and advises CEOs on building effective working relationships with their boards. She has worked for several second-tier organisations including the Charity Retail Association, a council for voluntary service and Getting on Board, as well as for a range of front line charities. She is super pleased to be a trustee of London Plus.

Sanjan Haque | Trustee

Sanjan is an experienced policy professional and international development practitioner who brings strategic insight and operational expertise to his trustee role. With a background spanning UK civil service and senior positions with leading charities and development organisations across Asia, he has deep experience in translating policy into meaningful impact. His professional experience includes shaping major housing legislation, establishing new public institutions focused on technology transfer, and partnering with national governments on anti-corruption initiatives in the public sector. This diverse background has given him valuable perspective on both policy development and programme implementation at scale. Sanjan is committed to effective governance in the charitable sector, currently serving as a trustee for an NHS charity in London and as a school governor. He brings this governance experience alongside his understanding of how organisations can navigate complex regulatory environments while delivering on their mission.

Annabel Iglehart | Trustee

Annabel is a communications consultant with public and private sector experience working on some of the biggest global brands and the biggest health, security and diplomatic challenges of recent years.  Over 20 years a Londoner, a community participant, volunteer and beneficiary of the kindness of volunteers, she is nothing short of delighted to be a trustee at London Plus.

Jon Winter | Trustee

Jon is a freelance communications/public relations consultant and currently provides strategic communications and stakeholder relations support to the London Tobacco Alliance/Stop Smoking London. Jon has over 30 years’ experience of working in the NHS and local government in range of senior communications and engagement positions. He has managed many challenging communication issues and worked on a wide range of complex multi-partner projects, advising leadership teams and delivering solutions. He has a strong background in stakeholder management, partnership working, digital, marketing, and consultation. Jon strongly focuses on ensuring successful relationship-building with stakeholders to maintain reputation and deliver the greatest impact to benefit the public and stakeholders. Professionally, Jon is accredited as a CIPR Charted Public Relations practitioner and has achieved wide recognition for his PR skills – wining a national PR award and sitting on CIPR awards judging panels.

Elisabeth Pop | Advisor

Dr. Elisabeth Pop is one of UK’s leading civic and democratic engagement experts, having conceptualised and coordinated the design and delivery of the biggest non-party political democratic partnership between a regional authority (London City Hall), statutory bodies and a broad civil society coalition. She has also contributed to research and advocacy on democratic reform. Elisabeth is currently the Head of Community Engagement and Participation at the Greater London Authority. She is the recipient of a Knighthood from the President of Romania for services to human rights and social justice.
