Following the Faith Summit on Public Health held in January 2025, this Faith Communities Public Health Action Forum has been organised to build on key discussions and drive forward collaborative initiatives. Community Resilience for Faith Leaders

Building Resilient Communities: Strengthening Faith-Led Emergency Preparedness Organised by the London Boroughs Faiths Network (LBFN) and supported by the Greater London Authority (GLA), the leadership pathway equips faith and community leaders with essential knowledge and awareness to strengthen local resilience. This leadership pathway training sessions are conducted in-person in various parts of London and co-hosted by local Borough Councils.
This programme builds on LBFN’s successful 2017 pilot following the disastrous incidents that year, and responds to Lord Toby Harris’ recommendations for resilience training for faith groups.

Training Commitment
