Could you shape the future of London Plus?
We are looking for up to four new Trustees to join our diverse and talented Board of Trustees and this is an opportunity to play a key strategic role in London’s future.
It is an exciting time to join the Board: London Plus has a new CEO and a number of exciting projects underway including the London Communities Emergencies Partnership (LCEP), which coordinates the emergency response of the voluntary and community sector across London.
London Plus is a trusted partner of organisations across all London’s 32 boroughs, as well as key London-level organisations including the Greater London Authority and London Councils. We are looking to the future and planning to grow our strategic impact and effectiveness on behalf of the sector.
We believe that a diverse Board leads to better results and actively welcome applications from candidates reflecting the diversity of London’s communities. London Plus is open to applications from people with no previous experience on charity boards. Enthusiasm for the work of London Plus and a willingness to play an active role as Trustee are more important.

We are looking for passionate, strategic thinkers who want to make a difference in London.
Given the experience and expertise of our current Trustees, the following are desirable (but not essential) skills and qualities for new Trustees:
- Experience and networks in grassroots and community organisations
- Professional expertise and experience in finance and fundraising, human resources or communications
