Datawise resources to support charities
Datawise London is a partnership programme led by Superhighways, supporting small charities and community organisations in London to better use data to shape services and influence change, resulting in better outcomes for Londoners. A new guide to qualitative data, written by Nissa Ramsay for Datawise London is available and an accompanying training session is coming up in March (Tuesday 25 March). This can be booked online here.

Apply for a free website
Voice Online Communities CIC is a community website publishing platform, offered free of charge to small charities and community organisations.
This is made available through the Digital Foundations programme, funded by the National Lottery Community Fund and supported by Voice, Refugee Council, and HEAR Network.
If you’re a London charity, you can apply for a free website at any time.
All current Voice resources are available here from Superhighways. This includes a new playlist of tutorials on YouTube, as well as links to training manuals and other documents compiled for new Voice users.
King’s Civic Leadership Academy internship opportunities
6-Week Internship – April to July 2025
Community Partners can host student interns for a 6-week (210 working hours) period for a project-based placement. Interns can contribute to meaningful initiatives, supporting organisational goals while gaining practical work experience. The student interns receive a bursary (paid for by King’s) to compensate for their work.

250 free online fundraising packs available
easyfundraising is offering 250 free fundraising toolkits to help local organisations raise money online. Through easyfundraising, when your supporters shop with any of 8,000 retailers, including Tesco, trainline, eBay, Argos, Sainsbury’s, John Lewis, Asda and Booking.com, a donation is made to your organisation. All you need to do is use the free packs to tell your supporters about it.
To get your complimentary pack, register with easyfundraising and when prompted, schedule a call with a member of the easyfundraising team who will arrange your toolkit and explain the process.
